Regulations
1. The Open section is FIDE rated for Rapid and is eligible to players with FIDE ID.
2. The Beginners section is eligible to players born in or after 2011. Players must not have ANY Fide ratings.
3. Blitz time control is 3+2. Rapid time control is 15+10
4. FIDE Law of Chess applied.
5. Chief Arbiter will announce additional rules at the technical meeting.
