Regulations
1. FIDE Law 0f Chess applies.
2. Time control 90 minutes with 30 seconds increment.
3. Players need to acquire their FIDE IDs prior to applying.
4. Players shall have adequate knowledge of chess rules and tournament practice.
5. Players must dress properly
6. Players are obliged to do an ATK test for COVID provided by the organizer.
7. Application completes once correct information and payment is well-received.
8. Application is NON-REFUNDABLE except in the case of tournament cancellation.
9. The Chief Arbiter and the Organizer hold the rights to make changes to any rules.
